Her strong background in banking and finance makes her an invaluable asset to CBA as does the range of businesses she works with, from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses. Becky’s diverse experience allows her to customize her skills and to educate a wide variety of clientele.

Combined with her professional background are multiple academic and professional certifications. Becky earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, her QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification (2012), and her Certified Non-Profit Accounting Professional (CNAP) Advanced. Becky is a member of The Woodard Alliance.

When not working on accounting, Becky enjoys a diverse set of hobbies, including golfing, cross-stitching, and watching reality television shows. She also enjoys spending time with her husband of over 20 years, Mark.

Roxanne Fitzgerald is the Director of Strategic Business Operations at Complete Business Accounting (CBA), where she plays a pivotal role in aligning client services, internal systems, and team operations. With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, Roxanne ensures that CBA’s processes are not only efficient but also deeply client-centric.

She is known for her hands-on leadership in managing cross-functional initiatives—from coordinating RFPs and marketing deliverables to proactively researching and evaluating new technologies that enhance both client services and internal operations. Roxanne regularly pilots tools and platforms to ensure they align with CBA’s standards for security, usability, and efficiency. Her insights have helped shape the firm’s adoption of systems that streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and deliver measurable value to nonprofit clients.

Roxanne is also a key driver behind CBA’s branding and visibility efforts, often leading internal discussions on messaging, headshots, and workspace logistics for promotional materials. Her communication style is direct, collaborative, and infused with a sense of urgency and care. Whether she’s troubleshooting tech issues, organizing team meetings, or guiding clients through financial workflows, Roxanne brings clarity and momentum to every project she touches. Outside of her professional role, Roxanne is known for her creativity, resourcefulness, and commitment to building strong, supportive relationships—qualities that make her a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues.

In her downtime, Alyson enjoys visiting local eateries and attending events with her husband and daughter, baking, and watching or reading anything in the science fiction, fantasy, or historical drama genres. She has two cats, named Han Solo and Honey Bee.

Jessica has a strong academic background in professional communications, having earned her bachelor’s degree with Honors at the University of California, Merced. She has earned multiple certifications since 2012 and is a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and children, painting and refinishing furniture, and completing DIY home projects.

Ivana has been an integral part of setting in new processes and working on new projects. Ivana came to CBA already having earned her QuickBooks Online Certified Pro Advisor Certificate. Ivana is currently working toward further advanced certifications.

Away from work, Ivana enjoys learning, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with animals. In addition, Ivana volunteers her time and skills as the outsourced accountant for a non-profit animal sanctuary.

As a successful entrepreneur herself, she understands the challenges small-businesses face, especially the value of having outsourced accounting support. With a degree in business management, she examines businesses in their entirety to better understand their accounting processes and needs. She knows first-hand what it takes to be successful in business and she provides modern, relevant, and useful advice to her clients.

Outside of work, Jan and her husband, Mark, are deeply involved in leading several ministries, sharpening their shooting skills, crafting, and spoiling the grandkids.

Kaylee is an Accounting Specialist who has more than 10 years’ experience in bookkeeping and small business management. She has experience in a variety of sectors, including auto repairs, construction, insurance, technology, and non-profits. Kaylee is well-versed in all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, job costing, automation, and allocation of expenses. She is knowledgeable in creating bookkeeping practices that support custom financial reporting and empower business owners to make informed decisions. Kaylee is dedicated to her clients and enjoys helping them succeed.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver and earned her QuickBooks Online Certified Pro Advisor certification.

When not at CBA, Kaylee can be found spending time with her husband and their four daughters. She enjoys exploring Colorado, researching, sewing, teaching her husband Polish, and any movie that keeps her guessing.
